Since then, I've led over fifty continuous improvement initiatives - some global, some much smaller. Through this journey I've learnt what works and, just as importantly, what doesn't.
After working with one of the big five consultancies and then with a global services organisation, I joined Baringa Partners LLP to build their process transformation practice. Early in the Baringa journey, we developed the 3D framework - a way of combining the best of operational excellence thinking into a common-sense continuous improvement framework.
